Hawaiian Chicken Shish Kabobs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can (16 oz.) pineapple rings
1 jar maraschino cherries
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
chicken breast (boneless and skinless), cut in 1-inch cubes
whole fresh mushrooms, cut in half
Vidalia onion or other sweet onion, cut in 1/2-inch slices
green pepper, cut in 1-inch squares
Preparation

Mix juice from pineapple and cherries with next 4 ingredients. Simmer and stir (marinade).
Make shish kabobs from maraschino cherries, 1-inch squared pineapple pieces, chicken, mushrooms, onion and peppers.
Grill until desired doneness, basting constantly with marinade.
