Kima Sauce(Chopped Meat Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chopped lamb, beef or turkey
    3 chopped onions
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. tomato paste or 1 can tomatoes
    1 small glass white wine
    1 bay leaf
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fry meat and onions with butter until golden brown.
    Add tomato paste diluted in one cup of water.
    If you use canned tomato, cut into small pieces.
    Add other ingredients.
    Cover and simmer until sauce thickens, about 30 minutes.
    If you use beef, allow more time for cooking.
    Serve this sauce over macaroni, spaghetti, rice or pilaf.
