Tuna Salad In Tomato Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/4 c. sliced pimento olives
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    6 firm tomatoes
    thin cucumber slices
    stuffed olives
Preparation
    Mix the first 7 ingredients well and chill.
    Cut a thin slice from stem end of the tomatoes.
    Scoop out pulp.
    Turn tomato shells upside-down to drain.
    Spoon in tuna mixture.
    Top with 1 thin cucumber slice and 1 stuffed olive.
    Serve on lettuce.
