Frosted Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. lemon jello
    2 c. boiling water
    2 c. Upper 10
    2 large bananas, sliced
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. grated cheese
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 egg
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in water; add Upper 10 When it begins to thicken,
    add
    bananas,
    marshmallows
    and pineapple; congeal. Sift
    flour
    and
    sugar; add egg and pineapple juice.
    Cook in double boiler until thick.
    Cool and add whipped cream.
    Frost salad.
    Sprinkle with cheese on top.
