3 Minute Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten lightly
    scant 1/2 c. cooled chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Beat egg and add chicken broth and add to dry ingredients.
    Drop batter the size of a walnut into boiling liquid.
    Cover and cook 1 1/2 minutes; turn carefully with fork and cook 1 1/2 minutes longer.
