Greek Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 c. chopped onion
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    1/2 c. chopped fresh basil
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. ground black pepper
    20 sheets Athenos fillo dough
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    4 c. (1 lb.) grated Mozzarella cheese
    3 medium tomatoes, sliced thin
    2 c. crumbled Feta cheese
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Saut for 5 minutes. Add spinach and saut until all excess moisture has evaporated. Add basil, oregano, lemon juice and pepper. Mix well. Cool. Place length of fillo across width of buttered 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking dish. Use 10 sheets of fillo dough, brushing every two with melted butter or margarine. Overlap each set of fillo sheets at the center. At the edges of the baking dish, roll fillo onto itself to form \"pizza crust.\" Brush top layer with melted butter or olive oil. Spread spinach mixture on prepared fillo sheets. Top spinach with 1/2 of the Mozzarella. Dredge tomatoes in bread crumbs and arrange on top of Mozzarella. Top with remaining Mozzarella and Feta cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
