Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. + 2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
2 c. boiling water
1 (6 oz.) strawberry jello
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water and add strawberries.
Let set up slightly in refrigerator and pour on top of cream cheese mixture.
Can be made the day before serving.
Keeps very well.
