5-Hour Baked Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. beef cubes
    6 carrots, cut diagonally in large pieces
    2 stalks celery, cut in 3-inch pieces
    1 large onion, cut in slices
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. tapioca (optional)
Preparation
    Arrange raw meat in bottom of casserole.
    Arrange celery, carrots and onions on top of meat.
    Mix last 4 ingredients and pour over top.
    Bake, covered, for 5 hours at 250\u00b0.
    You can pop in potatoes for last 2 hours or serve with rice, or boiled or mashed potatoes.
