Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 1/3 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cream
1/4 c. margarine
juice of 1 1/2 lemons
1 pie shell
Preparation

Melt margarine, beat eggs and combine with sugar.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour in unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 450\u00b0 until brown; reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
Cook until firm in middle.
