Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large sweet potatoes
    3/4 c. apple juice
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Peel and slice sweet potatoes and layer in baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and pour apple juice over potatoes.
    Bake until potatoes are tender in 375\u00b0 oven.
