Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. flour tortillas or corn
    1 cooked, boned and skinned chicken
    2 to 3 c. grated cheese (Jack or Cheddar)
    1 small can diced chilies
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. chopped black olives
Preparation
    Mix in a bowl the soups, sour cream and chilies.
    Fold in chicken and olives.
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, spread enough sauce to keep tortillas from sticking.
    For each tortilla, spread 1 spoonful sauce and cheese.
    Roll up and place in pan.
    Spread remaining sauce over tortillas.
    Add cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
