Mexican Meat Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (10 count) refrigerated biscuits
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1/4 c. water
    1 small jar commercial salsa
    2 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
    shredded lettuce
    chopped tomatoes
    small carton sour cream
Preparation
    Roll or pat each biscuit to 3 1/2 to 4-inch circle; turn muffin pans upside down.
    Fit biscuits over well-greased backs of muffin tins.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 8 or 9 minutes.
    Cool and remove cups.
    Brown meat, drain.
    Add taco seasoning and water; heat to boiling and thick.
    Put meat into biscuit cups and add sour cream, salsa, Cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
