Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. crumbled Blue cheese
1 c. milk
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained (al dente)
1 lb. fresh cooked mushrooms, drained
1/3 to 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation

Melt butter; blend in flour and cheeses.
Add milk; cook and stir until boiling.
Gently stir in broccoli.
Place in 1-quart casserole; top with cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
