Onion-Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope onion soup mix
2 eggs, well beaten with 1 tsp. water
2/3 c. plain dry bread crumbs
8 pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine soup mix with the bread crumbs. Dip pork chops in egg, then soup mixture, coating well.
Place in lightly greased large shallow baking pan and if desired, drizzle with melted butter.
Bake, turning once, 1 hour or until tender. Yields 8 servings.
