Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 small onion, diced
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    2 cans tomato soup
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Combine ingredients, except soup and shape into sausages, about the length of a hot dog.
    Place in a covered pan and pour soup and one can of water over them.
    Bake
    1 hour at 350\u00b0. Serves 6.
