Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans beef broth
    1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1/4 c. diced carrots
    1/4 c. diced onions
    1/4 c. diced celery
    3/4 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 lb. beefsteak, cut into small chunks
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, melt butter.
    Stir in flour until smooth. Cook and stir mixture over medium heat for 1 minute.
    Add beef broth all at once.
    Cook and stir the mixture until bubbly.
    Add frozen vegetables, carrots, onions, celery, Kitchen Bouquet and pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; simmer covered for 10 minutes.
