Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean pork, cut in strips
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    1/2 medium onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. pineapple chunks (reserve juice)
    1/4 c. vinegar cider
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
Preparation
    Place pork in crock-pot.
    Add pepper and onions.
    In bowl, mix brown sugar and cornstarch.
    Add 1 cup reserved pineapple juice, the vinegar, water, soy sauce and salt.
    Blend until smooth.
    Pour over meat and vegetables.
    Cover and cook on low 5 to 7 hours.
