Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Carnation milk, chilled
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 c. hot water
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 lemon, juiced
    vanilla wafers, use most of box
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Chill milk until cold.
    Cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix Jell-O and water, let cool a little and then mix with cheese mixture; add lemon juice.
    Beat milk until stiff; fold in cheese mixture.
    Crush wafers and add melted margarine.
    Line a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan with half the crumbs.
    Pour in cheese mixture and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
    Chill.
