Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
    1 c. warm water
    1 c. starter
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    6 c. bread flour
Preparation
    Put initial \"starter\"* in refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
    Feed with first 3 ingredients.
    Add to starter and mix well.
    Let stand out of refrigerator all day.
    Take out one cup of starter to make bread. Return remainder of starter to refrigerator.
