Low-Fat Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. Ballard cornbread mix
1 c. no-fat buttermilk
1 egg or 1/4 c. Egg Beaters
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Place cast-iron frying pan in oven while oven heats.
Mix ingredients until well-blended.
Take pan from oven and spray with Pam.
Pour in batter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Turn cornbread over and bake for 5 more minutes.
(This is called \"sweating\" the cornbread).
