Mouse Ears - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can refrigerated biscuits
    shortening
    1 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Flatten biscuits into thin circles.
    Fry in hot shortening until light brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
    While still hot, brush with butter on both sides and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
