Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. potatoes
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/3 c. plus 1 Tbsp. water
    butter and paprika
Preparation
    Peel and thinly slice potatoes. Arrange in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Blend soup and water.
    Pour over potatoes. Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
    Yields about 6 servings.
