Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    grated rind of 2 lemons
    2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. hot water or milk
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Cook until thick.
    Put filling into baked 9-inch crust.
    Top with meringue.
    Brown in oven.
    Makes a large pie.
