Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pie shell
1 (6 oz.) cream cheese
4 Tbsp. Pet milk
1 c. strawberries
3/4 c. water
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
berries for top
1 tsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Bake pie shell and cool completely.
Mix cream cheese with milk; whip and pour into pie shell.
Pick out least and smallest berries and mix with water.
Simmer 5 minutes; add cornstarch and sugar.
Cool until thick.
Add lemon juice.
Pour over cream cheese. Garnish with remaining berries and chill.
