Buttermilk Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour (self-rising)
    1 stick margarine, melted
    3 eggs (beat 1 at a time)
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and margarine.
    Beat eggs separately and fold into mixture.
    Add buttermilk and vanilla flavoring.
    Mix well. Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie crust.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
