Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch chopped broccoli
    1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
    2 c. water
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Simmer broccoli and onion in chicken broth, water and bouillon cubes until broccoli is tender.
    Add butter.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix flour with part milk.
    Add flour mix and remaining milk to soup.
    Heat, but do not boil (will cause broth to curdle).
