Chicken And Ham Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. white pepper
6 slices cooked ham
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. dry white wine
2 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. fine dry breadcrumbs
1 tsp. salt, divided
6 chicken breasts
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation

Skin and bone chicken breasts.
Combine egg, water and 1 tablespoon of mustard, mixing well. Set aside. Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon white pepper.
Set aside.
