Ham Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 c. dry bread crumbs or Waverly Wafers
1/4 c. melted butter
6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced crosswise
1 c. cubed, cooked ham
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation

Make white sauce of 3 tablespoons butter, flour and salt.
Add milk.
Moisten crumbs with remaining butter.
Alternate layers of crumbs, eggs, ham and mushrooms in greased casserole dish.
Pour over white sauce.
Top with crumbs.
Bake in moderate 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
Serves 6.
