Mock Turtle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 oz. bottle Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    25 gingersnaps
    2 1/2 qt. water
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 small bottle catsup
    1/2 lemon, sliced thin
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Preparation
    Brown the beef and drain off the grease.
    Crush the gingersnaps.
    Put beef and snaps in hot water; let set 10 minutes. Add catsup, Worcestershire sauce and onions.
    Cook for 3 hours on low heat.
    Add lemon last hour and add eggs last 1/2 hour.
