Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits
    4 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) roll nippy cheese or sharp cheese
    1 stick melted butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    milk
Preparation
    Cook grits in boiling water and salt until done.
    Grate cheese and add to grits along with butter.
    In a measuring cup, break eggs (lightly beaten) and fill with milk to reach 1 cup level. Combine with grits and mix well. Put in baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Great with ham, sausage or bacon.
