Teriyaki Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. water or wine
    1/2 tsp. m.s.g. (optional)
Preparation
    Clean and cut chicken in serving pieces.
    Marinate in evaporated milk 1/2 hour.
    Roll pieces in salt and flour mixture and brown.
    Arrange in Dutch oven and pour sugar, soy sauce, water and m.s.g. mixture over the chicken.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes, basting twice.
    Garnish with chopped green onions.
