Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant
    1 onion, diced
    cheese, grated
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 pkg. dressing mix
Preparation
    Peel and dice eggplant and brown a little in skillet with 1 stick of butter.
    Rotate in casserole dish the eggplant, onion and cheese and mix until all gone.
    Put 1/2 stick of butter on top in pats.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown.
