Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. blueberries, washed and towel dried
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar very well.
    Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each.
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt together and add alternately with milk.
    Remove 1/2 cup of the berries and crush with a fork.
    Stir into the batter.
    Add remainder of berries and mix gently by hand.
    Fill greased muffin cups 7/8 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cool 15 minutes before serving.
    Yield:
    16 muffins.
