Cinnamon Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. white Karo
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. red food coloring
cinnamon oil
Preparation

Cook to hard-crack stage.
Remove from heat.
Add 1 or 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon oil.
Give a quick stir and step back.
Pour into large cookie sheet and let set until hard.
