Meat And Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
    2 chopped onions
    1 sliced carrot
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    5 c. water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    pepper
    1/3 c. butter
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 lb. ground meat
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground meat.
    Put all ingredients, except milk, in large pot with meat.
    Cover and cook until vegetables are tender.
    Stir in milk and cook until hot.
