Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1/3 c. taco sauce
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    tomato sauce
    1 c. coarsely crunched corn chips
    2 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Shape into a loaf.
    Cover lightly with tomato sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, depending on thickness.
    Bake in crock-pot 8 to 10 hours on low, 3 1/2 to 5 hours on high.
    Tastes like taco in a loaf.
