Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
    1 (No. 2) can sliced pie apples or 6 medium tart fresh apples
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Blend 1/4
    cup\tsugar, 1 tablespoon flour, cinnamon and salt. Toss
    lightly with apples.\tSpoon into pastry lined pan or dish. Combine
    butter,
    brown
    sugar
    and
    1/2
    cup flour. Sprinkle over pie filling.
    Cover with top crust and cut slits in top of crust. Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 35 to 40 minutes.
