Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. apples (8 or 9)
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. butter/margarine
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Peel, core and slice apples.
Put in 2-quart casserole with water.
Combine all dry ingredients in bowl. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
Spread over apples.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0, covered, for 30 minutes, then uncovered for last 30 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream.
