Lite Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls (lower fat)
    1 (8 oz.) reduced-fat cream cheese
    1 envelope Ranch dressing mix
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. each: broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and tomato, cut into small pieces
Preparation
    Press crescent roll dough into 13 x 9-inch pan coated with nonstick spray. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 11 to 13 minutes or until brown. Cool.
