Almond Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
3 boneless chicken breasts
3/4 stick butter
1 Tbsp. almond extract
1 cube chicken bouillon
1 c. hot water
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 pt. heavy cream
1 c. rice
Preparation

Cut chicken in small strips.
Shake chicken in salt and flour. Saute in butter until chicken turns white.
Pour almond extract over chicken.
Dissolve bouillon in hot water.
Add garlic powder, pepper and sauteed mushrooms to chicken.
Bring to a boil; cook over medium heat until liquid is reduced to half.
Add cream and heat through, but do not let boil.
Serve immediately over cooked rice.
