Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 qt. popped corn
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation

Put the popped corn into a large paper bag.
In a 4-quart bowl, mix all ingredients, except soda.
Cook for 2 minutes on High; stir.
Cook 2 minutes more on High.
Add the soda; mix well.
Pour into bag of popcorn; shake well.
Microwave 1 1/2 minutes; shake. Microwave 1 minute; shake.
Microwave 1/2 minute; shake.
Pour out and cool.
