Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    approximately 10 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. seasoning salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 to 3 c. milk
Preparation
    Dice potatoes, cover with water and bring to a boil.
    Drain water and add onion, butter, seasoning salt, pepper and cover with milk.
    Cook until potatoes are tender and milk is hot.
