Smothered Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken (2 to 3 lb.)
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. garlic (optional)
    3 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. Accent
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    4 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Cut and wash
    chicken;
    mix
    salt,
    pepper,
    garlic and flour; mix well.
    Add
    chicken
    and
    shake
    well.
    Place
    the cooking oil in a frypan and heat hot.
    Remove the chicken from flour mixture and into the heated cooking oil.
    Fry until done and a golden brown,
    20 to 30 minutes;
    remove from the frypan and drain on paper towel.
