Chicken Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 c. milk (approximately)
    1 c. chicken, chopped and cooked
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. bacon, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (9 inch) pie crust
    5 eggs, slightly beaten
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion and bacon in butter until tender and brown.
    Set aside.
    Mix cheese and flour until covered and set aside.
    Mix cream, milk, eggs, salt and pepper.
    Add onion and bacon mix, cheese mix and chicken.
    Pour into pie crust and bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
    Cover edges of crust with foil.
    Done when knife comes clean from middle.
