Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    11/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    2 c. raw, shelled peanuts
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Boil sugar, water and syrup together, stirring constantly, until mixture will spin a thread.
    Add peanuts and stir constantly until peanuts \"pop\" in the syrup as it is stirred.
    Add butter and soda; mix well.
    Spread thin on greased surface.
