Spicy Beef With Mint - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1.5 c. ground beef
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 Tbsp. red onion, chopped
    1 tsp. coriander seeds
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. rice powder
    1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    10 mint leaves
    2 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Nample (fish sauce)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef or pork, without oil, until the pink is gone.
    Place in a mixing bowl; let cool for 5 minutes.
