Frito-Lay Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag Fritos
3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1/2 c. water
4 c. boiled chicken
Preparation

Cut or tear chicken into bite-size pieces; set aside.
Mix soup, water and milk until creamy; set aside.
In a casserole dish, layer the ingredients, beginning with the Frito Lay corn chips, then chicken, soup (just enough to hold casserole together), and finally sprinkle cheese. Repeat until pan will hold no more. Try to end up with cheese on the top; it melts nicely. It is okay to have almost half of your soup mixture remaining when done; discard what you do not use. Bake casserole at 350\u00b0 for approximately 25 to 30 minutes. Serve hot. Can garnish with salsa and/or sour cream.
