Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 green peppers, washed and cut opened
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 large onion, sliced and chopped
    4 eggs
    2 c. rice (raw)
    1/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix together and stuff peppers.
    Put in large kettle.
    Cover with tomato juice.
    Cook on low heat 2 1/2 to 3 hours, until done.
