Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 3 1/2 c. unsifted plain flour or bread flour
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. warm water (125~ to 130~)
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 egg
Preparation
    Combine 1 cup of flour with yeast, salt and sugar.
    Add warm water, butter and egg.
    Stir together.
    Add remaining flour, 1 cup at a time.
    Blend well until dough is not sticky.
    Knead on floured surface until smooth.
    Put into greased bowl and cover well; refrigerate overnight.
    When ready to serve, shape rolls and place in greased pans.
    Cover and let rise 1 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
    Makes 16 rolls.
    Brush with butter.
