Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 well beaten eggs
2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. coffee (cold)
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream butter with white sugar and eggs.
Add sifted flour, soda, salt, coffee and vanilla.
Fold in chopped apples.
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Sprinkle over batter in pan.
Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream (optional).
